Roberta Ferlin, a.k.a. Robyola von Wünsch nata a Rovigo nel 1990. Laureata presso l'Istituto Italiano di Fotografia (Italian Institute for Photography) nel 2010; segue conseguentemente il corso di videomaking presso CFP Vigorelli.
Il video prende liberamente spunto dall'omonima opera "I'm a victim of this song" dell'artista Pipilotti Rist. Robyola, reinterpretando a sua volta il video di Pipilotti, rende, attraverso l'immagine di sè riflessa allo specchio, un nuovo modo di vedere e di vedersi. Cantando in maniera sensuale e al contempo urlando le parole della canzone, l'artista è in bilico tra il video autoritratto e la sua natura giocosa, che la porta a rendere sensualmente ironico e accattivante anche l'urlo più isterico.
Roberta Ferlin, a.k.a. Robyola von Wünsch was born in Rovigo, Italy, in 1990. She moved to Milan in september 2010. After graduating in July 2012 she attended a videomaking course at CFP Vigorelli.
The video takes inspiration from the artwork "I'm a victim of this song" by the artist Pipilotti Rist. Robyola, reinterpreting the video, makes, thanks to the image of herself reflected in the mirror, a new way to see and be seen. Singing in a sensual way and, at the same time, screaming the song, the artist is in poised between the self-portrait video and her playful nature, which allows her to make sensually ironic and appealing even the most hysterical scream.
